ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง
(1) ประชากร (Population) ที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารโครงการก่อสร้างบ้านจัดสรรในพื้นที่เขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล
(2) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง (Sample) ที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือจำนวนผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารโครงการก่อสร้างบ้านจัดสรรจำนวน 100 รายที่บริหารงานโครงการก่อสร้างบ้านจัดสรรในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล
3.2.3 วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่าง
การสุ่มตัวอย่างนั้นกระทำโดยการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) โดยการเก็บข้อมูลกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารโครงการก่อสร้างบ้านจัดสรรโดยตรงโดยช่วงเวลาในการดำเนินเก็บข้อมูลเริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 12 พฤศจิกายน 2558 ถึง 18 ธันวาคม 2558 ซึ่งแบบสอบถามจะไปหาผู้ตอบโดยวิธีการ ดังนี้
(1) ทำการแจกแบบสอบถามโดยตรงโดยตัวผู้วิจัยเอง
(2) ส่งแบบสอบถามให้กับพนักงานฝ่ายบุคคลประจำโครงการ
(3) ส่งแบบสอบถามผ่านE-mail

Population and sample(1) population (Population) used in this research is concerned with the construction of the housing project in Bangkok and vicinity areas.(2) a sample (Sample) that is used in this research is the number of people involved in project management, construction, housing a number of 100 who managed construction housing project in Bangkok and vicinity. 3.2.3 sampling method. การสุ่มตัวอย่างนั้นกระทำโดยการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) โดยการเก็บข้อมูลกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารโครงการก่อสร้างบ้านจัดสรรโดยตรงโดยช่วงเวลาในการดำเนินเก็บข้อมูลเริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 12 พฤศจิกายน 2558 ถึง 18 ธันวาคม 2558 ซึ่งแบบสอบถามจะไปหาผู้ตอบโดยวิธีการ ดังนี้(1) ทำการแจกแบบสอบถามโดยตรงโดยตัวผู้วิจัยเอง(2) ส่งแบบสอบถามให้กับพนักงานฝ่ายบุคคลประจำโครงการ(3) ส่งแบบสอบถามผ่านE-mail

The sample population

3.2.3. Sampling methods
, sampling is done by sampling (Purposive Sampling) by collecting information on those involved with the project management and construction of housing by the time to complete data collection began on November 12, 2558 to December 18, 2558. The questionnaire is to find the answer by the following methods:
(1) the questionnaire distributed directly by a male researcher
(2) send questionnaires to the HR Officer
(3) questionnaire was sent via E-mail.

(2). Questionnaires were sent to the Registrar of the project
(3) were sent through the E-mail
