การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบผลของการใช้กิจกรรมเกมพลศึกษาที่มีต่อความสามารถในการเรียนรู้คำศัพท์ภาษาไทยและสมรรถภาพทางกายของนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเรียนรู้ก่อนและหลังการสอนโดยใช้กิจกรรมเกมพลศึกษา โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเรียนรู้ ระดับช่วงชั้นที่ 1 ที่กำลังเรียนอยู่ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 – 3 ซึ่งเป็นโรงเรียนแกนนำการจัดการศึกษาแบบเรียนร่วม จำนวน 3 โรง ของสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายะลาเขต 2 โดยวิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งได้ผ่านการคัดกรองจากครูประจำชั้นและประจำรายวิชา โดยใช้แบบคัดกรองของบุคคลที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเรียนรู้ของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ (1)แผนการจัดกิจกรรมเกมพลศึกษา จำนวน 8 แผนที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น (2) แบบทดสอบการเรียนรู้คำศัพท์ภาษาไทยที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น (3) แบบทดสอบสมรรถภาพทางกายสำหรับเด็กอายุ 7-18 ปี ของกรมพลศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมุติฐานแบบ t-test dependent และค่า (Effect size) ขนาดความแตกต่าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
