บริษัท WDL ก่อตั้ง โดย คุณสุดารัตน์ พิมคีรี เมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2540 เพื่อขนส่งสินค้าจากโรงงานไปยังลูกค้าปลายทาง ต่อมาในปี พ.ศ. 2548 บริษัท WDL ได้เปิดให้บริการกระจายสินค้าไปยังโมเดิร์นเทรดโดยเริ่มเป็นผู้ให้บริการกระจายสินค้าให้กับ บริษัท บิ๊กซี ซุปเปอร์เซ็นเตอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) และ บริษัท สยามแม็คโคร จำกัด (มหาชน) นับเป็นจุดเริ่มแรกของการนำระบบกระจายสินค้าแบบ Cross dock มาใช้ในงานด้านการขนส่งเป็นต้นมาจนถึงปัจจุบัน หลังจากนั้นในปี พ.ศ. 2556 ได้มีการขยายธุรกิจการขนส่งสินค้าเข้าร้านค้าโชห่วยทั่วประเทศ โดยให้ บริษัท WDLป็นผู้ดำเนินการ และในปี พ.ศ. 2558 ได้ควบรวมกิจการกับ บริษัท สหะสัมพันธ์ ทรานสปอร์ต จำกัด เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในการกระจายสินค้า เข้าร้านค้า 20 จังหวัด ทั่วภาคอีสานให้แข็งแกร่งยิ่งขึ้น นอกจากนี้ยังขยายงานด้านการบริหารคลังสินค้า อย่างเต็มรูปแบบเพื่อเป็นผู้ให้บริการด้านโลจิสติกส์แบบครบวงจร
