เรื่อง การวางทรัพย์สินส่วนตัวไว้ในพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง
เรียน ท่านเจ้าของห้องและผู้พักอาศัยทุกท่าน
นิติบุคล อาคารชุด ดิ อเวนิว แอทเท็น ขอความร่วมมือจากท่านเจ้าของห้องและผู้พักอาศัยทุกท่าน ในเรื่องของการวางทรัพย์สินส่วนตัวไว้ในพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง อาทิ เช่น รองเท้า , ชั้นวางรองเท้า, กล่องกระดาษ ฯลฯ จึงขอความกรุณาให้ท่านเจ้าของห้องและผู้พักอาศัยทุกท่าน เก็บทรัพย์สินส่วนตัวของท่านไว้ในห้องของท่าน เพื่อให้พื้นที่ส่วนกลางมีความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย ตามกฎระเบียบของนิติบุคคล มิฉะนั้นภายใน 5 วัน ทางนิติบุคคลจำเป็นจะต้องเก็บทรัพย์สินของท่าน และเมื่อมาติดต่อรับคืนนิติบุคคลจะมีการปรับเงินจากท่าน ชิ้นละ50 บาท เพราะนิติบุคคลได้มีการบอกกล่าวท่านหลายครั้งแล้ว
