เงื่อนไขของการให้ความช่วยเหลือด้านการเงิน
1. ต้องใช้ผู้รับเหมาก่อสร้างและวิศวกรที่ปรึกษาควบคุมการก่อสร้างจากประเทศไทย
2. ต้องใช้สินค้าและบริการจากประเทศไทย ไม่น้อยกว่า 50% ของมูลค่าโครงการ
3. ต้องใช้วิธีประกวดราคา ทั้งผู้รับเหมาก่อสร้างและวิศวกรที่ปรึกษาควบคุมการก่อสร้าง
4. สัญญาเงินกู้ต้องอยู่ภายใต้กฏหมายไทย
5. และอื่นๆ

การให้ความช่วยเหลือ แบ่งเป็น 3 แบบ
1. แบบให้กู้ 100%
2. แบบให้เปล่า 100%
3. แบบผสม ให้กู้ 70 : ให้เปล่า 30

อัตราดอกเบี้ยร้อยละ 1.5% - 2.5% ระยะเวลาการให้กู้ 0-30 ปี ผ่อนชำระปีละ 2 ครั้ง (6 เดือน/ครั้ง)

ขั้นตอนการดำเนินการ
