การเล่นดนตรีนั้นมีทั้งข้อดีและข้อเสีย ซึ่งบางครั้งเวลาว่างๆ เราไม่มีอะไรทำหรือว่างจากงานอื่นๆเราสามารถเล่นดนตรีเพื่อคาวมสนุกหรือบางคนเล่นเพื่อความคลายเคลียด แต่การเล่นดนตรีที่หนักหน่วงเกินไป อาจจะทำให้เราลืมเรื่องอื่นๆที่สำคัญกว่า ที่จะมานั่งเล่นดนตรีมันอาจจะเรียกได้อีกอย่างว่าคือการละเล่นของวัยรุ่น ไม่ว่าจะทั้งผูหญิงหรือผู้ชาย แม้กระทั่งเด็กๆก็ยังสามารถสนุกหรือเล่นดนตรี ในเวลาว่างๆ
ผมเป็นคนหนึ่งที่ชอบเล่นดนตรีมากๆ แต่ตอนแรกๆไม่ได้ว่าจะจริงจังอะไรมากมาย แต่ที่เล่นเพราะแค่คิดว่าเท่ โชว์สาวผมคิดว่ามันเป็นเรื่องธรรมดาของวัยรุ่นผู้ชาย พอเห็นเพื่อนคนที่เขาเล่นเก่งๆ ผมก็ขอเข้าไปในวงที่เขากำลังเล่นดนตรี ผมเลยได้ถามกะเพื่อนว่าทำไมเวลาว่างมีแต่เล่นกีตาร์ เพื่อนก็บอกกับผมว่ามันทำให้เราสนุกไปกับเสียงเพลงที่เราเล่นได้ผ่อนคลายจากการเรียนหนักๆ ผมก็เลยเริ่มที่จะไม่คิดแบบเดิมๆแค่ดีดกีตาร์โชว์สาว เลยเริ่มที่จะหาเวลาว่างๆนั่งเล่นซ้อมเล่นอยู่คนเดียว แต่สิ่งที่ผมได้หัดนั้นมันทำให้ผมเริ่มที่จะสนใจมันมากขึ้นๆเรื่อยๆจนลืมเรื่องการเรียน เก็บตังซื้อแต่อุปกรณ์ดนตรีต่างๆหลายๆชิ้นจนไม่มีเวลาว่างที่จะทำอย่างอื่นๆซ้อมกีตาร์วันละ 6-7 ชั่วโมง แล้ววันหนึ่งผมได้มีโอกาสได้ขึ้นเล่นดนตรีกะพวกพี่ๆที่โรงเรียน ผมมองดูเพื่อนๆพี่ๆน้องๆที่โรงเรียนทุกคนที่อยู่หน้าเวทีเขายิ้มเขาหัวเราะเขาสนุกไปกะพวกเราผมเลยลองคิดดูว่าสิ่งๆนี้ที่แต่ก่อนเราไม่คิดไม่ฝันว่ามันจะช่วยให้ใครหลายๆคนได้มีความสุขได้ยิ้มได้หัวเราะได้อย่างหมดความทุกข์ผมคิดว่า คำว่า “ดนตรี” มันเป็นยาชนิดหนึ่งที่ช่วยบรรเทาอาการความเคลียด ความทุกข์ที่มัอยู่ในตัวทำให้เรามีความสุขได้มันเป็นยาวิเศษ ผมเชื่อว่าใครหลายๆคนมีเวลาว่างแต่ไม่รู้จะทำอะไร ถ้าผมได้มีโอกาสผมอยากจะเสนอการเล่นดนตรีกะเพื่อนๆ กะอีกหลายๆคน เพราะดนตรีไม่ได้ทำร้ายใคร แต่สร้างความสุขได้ง่ายๆ
การที่เราเล่นดนตรีนั้นเป็นการผ่อนคลายตัวเราเองแต่ไม่ควรจะใจจดใจจ่อกะสิ่งๆนี้เพียงอย่างเดียว เพราะมีอีกหลายๆอย่างที่ช่วยให้เรามีความสุขได้ไม่ว่าจะเป็นกีฬา หรืออะไรอีกนับไม่ถ้วน คนเราต้องมีความพอดีพอประมาณไม่ว่าจะทำอะไร แต่อย่างไรก็ตามเราควรทำหน้าที่ภารกิจให้บรรลุสำเร็จแล้วจะเห็นผลสำเร็จที่ได้ทำ แล้วเราจะภูมิใจกับมัน..
