ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้ตกลงทำสัญญาจ้างเหมาก่อสร้างกันโดยมีข้อความดังต่อไปนี้

ข้อ 2. ระยะเวลาในการทำงาน

ข้อ 3. ค่าจ้างและการจ่ายค่าจ้าง
เงื่อนไขการชำระเงินผู้ว่าจ้างตกลงชำระค่าจ้างให้แก่ผู้รับจ้าง โดยไม่รวมภาษีหัก ณ.ที่จ่ายและ ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม เป็นดังนี้

ข้อ 4. หลักประกันของผู้ว่าจ้าง
