วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการบริ

วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการศึกษาอุ้มผางโมเดล กรณีศึกษาอำเภออุ้มผางของโรงเรียนในสังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตากเขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ตากเขต 2 ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 14 คนและครูผุ้สอน 56 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ 1.รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการศึกษาอุ้มผางโมเดลกรณีศึกษาอำภออุ้มผาง 2.แบบสำรวจความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการบริหารจัดการศึกษาโดยรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการศึกษาอุ้มผางโมเดล สถิติที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D) สถิติในการเปรียบเทียบ(t-test) และค่าร้อยละ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
1. สภาพปัญหา ความต้องการในการบริหารงานจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตากเขต 2 ที่สำคัญ 5 ลำดับ คือการคมนาคมยากลำบาก การขาดแคลนครู ครูมีการย้ายอยู่ตลอดเวลา ครูขาดความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการเรียนการสอนผ่านสัญญาณดาวเทียม และฐานะความเป็นอยู่ยากจนตามลำดับ
2. รูปแบบการบริหารงานจัดการศึกษาอุ้มผางโมเดลกรณีศึกษาอำเภออุ้มผางมี 3 องค์ประกอบ
ดังนี้ 1) การกำหนดเขตพื้นที่บริการ มี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย 2) การจัดการเรียนการสอนทางไกลผ่านสัญญาณดาวเทียมมี 4 องค์ประกอบย่อย และ3) การจัดศูนย์บริการ One Stop Service มี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย
3. ผลการทดลองทดลองใช้รูปแบบการบริหารงานจัดการศึกษาอุ้มผางโมเดลกรณีศึกษาอำเภออุ้มผางพบว่า 1) ลดจำนวนนักเรียนลดความแออัดได้คือ ในปีการศึกษา 2554 จำนวน 44 คน ปี 2555 จำนวน 42 คน
2) ผลสมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ปีการศึกษา 2554 มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงขึ้นจากปีการศึกษา 2553 ทุกกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ ยกเว้นกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ
4. ผลการประเมินผลการใช้รูปแบบการบริหารงานจัดการศึกษาอุ้มผางโมเดลกรณีศึกษาอำเภออุ้มผาง ในภาพรวมปรากฏว่ามีความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
