เคยได้ยินคำว่า "บุญมี แต่กรรมบัง" มั้ยครับ?
คำนี้ล่ะที่อธิบายได้ดีมาก ๆ

เอาหนังสือดี ๆ ไปวาง เขาก็จะไม่อ่าน
ออกเงินให้ไปเข้าสัมมนา เขาก็ฟังไปหลับไป
ชวนไปวัดไปวา เขาก็ไปให้เรา จะได้จบ ๆ ไป
กำลังจะได้ยินประโยคเปลี่ยนชีวิตจากในทีวี
ก็มีอันที่เขาจะต้องลุกไปเข้าห้องน้ำ

เรียกว่าแคล้วคลาดกับทางออกของชีวิตอยู่ร่ำไป

ทำไมผมพูดแบบนั้น
ก็เพราะเรื่องนี้เองเคยเกิดขึ้นกับชีวิตผมมาก่อน
ผมรู้เลยว่าตอนช่วงหลุมดำของชีวิตผมนั้น
"บุญ" ผมไม่ถึง จึงต้องเผชิญกรรม
ไขว่คว้าหาทางออกยังไงก็ไม่เจอ
หรือต่อให้ทางออกมี ผมก็มองไม่เห็น

แต่แล้วจู่ ๆ วันนึงทางรอดมันก็มาพร้อม ๆ กันหมด
เจอหนังสือดี ๆ เจอคนดี ๆ เจอโอกาสดี ๆ
สุดท้ายก็หลุดวงโคจรนั้นมาได้
แล้วพอหลังจากนั้น ชีวิตก็ไม่เคยเจอปัญหาหนัก ๆ แบบนั้นอีกเลย

หรือพอเหมือนจะมีปัญหา อยู่ดี ๆ ก็จะไปเจอทางออกมาบอกใบ้ให้
แล้วก็ผ่านมาได้อย่างไม่ยากลำบาก
ทั้งหมดนี้ผมคิดว่าเป็นเพราะผม "บุญถึง" แล้วนั่นเอง

คำถามก็คือ แล้วทำอย่างไรจะให้ "บุญถึง"?

คำตอบที่ผมจะตอบ อาจไม่ใช่คำตอบที่ถูกต้องตามหลักศาสนา
แต่คิดว่าน่าจะเข้าถึงคนทั่วไปได้ไม่ยาก
ส่วนจะได้ผลหรือไม่ ลองไปปรับใช้ตามจริตเองก็แล้วกันครับ

แท้จริงแล้วคำว่า "บุญ" นั้น ผมตีความว่ามันคือ "พลังงาน" นั่นเอง
เน้นให้ชัดกว่านั้นก็คือ "พลังงานด้านบวก"
เพราะฉะนั้นถ้าเราทำให้จิตใจเราอยู่ใน "พลังบวก" เท่าไหร่
บุญที่ว่าก็จะค่อย ๆ สะสมจน "บุญถึง"

เราทำอะไรได้บ้าง?
แน่นอน ถ้าเป็นทางศาสนา
ก็จะบอกให้ทำบุญทำทาน เข้าวัดเข้าวา
ซึ่งนับเป็นเรื่องดีครับ ทำบุญทำทานน่ะทำไปเหอะ

แต่ผมคิดว่าเราสามารถทำเพิ่มเติมจากนั้นได้อีก
ไม่ว่าจะเป็น อยู่เงียบ ๆ คนเดียว ทบทวน นั่งสมาธิ
ออกกำลังกาย ทำกิจกรรมการกุศล
ไม่หมกมุ่นกับปัญหา ให้อภัย
คบคนดี ๆ หาความรู้ใหม่ ๆ ใส่สมอง
มีทรัพย์พึงให้ทาน มีความรู้พึงให้วิทยาทาน
มีแรงมีกำลังก็ช่วยสังคม
ไม่มีแรง แค่รอยยิ้มให้พนักงานบริการก็ยอดเยี่ยมแล้วครับ

นี่คือบางตัวอย่างที่ทำได้

แน่นอน ถ้า "บุญไม่ถึง"
เขาคนนั้นก็จะไม่ยอมทำส่ิงเหล่านี้อยู่ดี
ยังคงมีความสุขที่จะมีความทุกข์ต่อไป
แบบนั้นก็คงต้องเอาที่สบายใจแล้วล่ะครับ

แต่ถ้าเราศีลเสมอกัน
