(2) การสัมภาษณ์ผู้โดยสารที่เดินทางโดยระบบขนส่งสาธารณะ ทั้งทางรถโดยสาร รถไฟ และทางอากาศ โดยที่ปรึกษาทำการสัมภาษณ์ผู้โดยสารที่สถานีขนส่ง สถานีรถไฟ และท่าอากาศยานของจังหวัดในพื้นที่ศึกษา จำนวน 17 แห่ง จำนวนตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 4,219 ตัวอย่าง รายละเอียดแสดงในตารางที่ 3.2-12 และรูปที่ 3.2-8
