บทบาทและอำนาจหน้าที่ของคณะกรรมการและบุคลากรของโรงเรียน

1.คณะกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียน
(1) ปฏิบัติหน้าที่พระราชบัญญัติโรงเรียนเอกชน พ.ศ. 2550 และตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
(2) ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามอำนาจหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมายและหรือมอบอำนาจจากมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทย ผู้รับใบอนุญาต และตามตราสารจัดตั้งโรงเรียน

2.ผู้แทนผู้รับใบอนุญาต
(1) ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามอำนาจหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมายและหรือมอบอำนาจจากมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทย ผู้รับใบอนุญาต และตามตราสารจัดตั้งโรงเรียน
(2) ปฏิบัติหน้าที่พระราชบัญญัติโรงเรียนเอกชน พ.ศ. 2550 และตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
(3) เป็นประธานกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียนโดยตำแหน่ง

3.ผู้จัดการ
(1) ดูแลรับผิดชอบงานด้านงบประมาณของโรงเรียน
(2) ดูรับผิดชอบการบริหารงานทั่วไป ของโรงเรียน
(3) ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อันเกี่ยวเนื่องกับการบริหารงานตามตราสารจัดตั้ง นโยบาย ระเบียบ และข้อบังคับของโรงเรียนในระบบ และหน้าที่อื่นตามที่กำหนดไว้ในพระราชบัญญัติโรงเรียนเอกชน พ.ศ. 2550
(4) บริหารงานให้เป็นไปตามปรัชญา นโยบาย ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ ของมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทยและหรือคณะกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียนมอบหมาย
(5) เป็นประธานกรรมการบริหารภายในโรงเรียนโดยตำแหน่ง

4.ผู้อำนวยการ
(1) ดูแลรับผิดชอบงานด้านวิชาการของโรงเรียน
(2) แต่งตั้งถอดถอน ครู บุคลากรทางการศึกษา และนักเรียนของโรงเรียน
(3) ควบคุมปกครองครู บุคลากรทางการศึกษา และนักเรียนของโรงเรียน
(4) จัดทำทะเบียนครู บุคลากรทางการศึกษา เจ้าหน้าที่ นักเรียน และเอกสารอื่นอันเกี่ยวกับการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียน
(5) จัดทำหลักฐานเกี่ยวกับการวัดและประเมินผลการศึกษา
(6) ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นอันเกี่ยวกับวิชาการตามระเบียบและข้อบังคับของทางราชาการ รวมทั้งตราสารจัดตั้ง ระเบียบและข้อบังคับของโรงเรียน และหน้าที่อื่นตามที่กำหนดไว้ในพระราชบัญญัติโรงเรียนเอกชน พ.ศ.2550
(7) บริหารงานโรงเรียนให้เป็นไปตามปรัชญา นโยบาย ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ ของมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทยและหรือคณะกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียนมอบหมาย
(8) เป็นกรรมการและเลขานุการของคณะกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียนโดยตำแหน่ง
(9) เป็นรองประธานกรรมการบริหารภายในโรงเรียนโดยตำแหน่ง

5.คณะกรรมการบริหารภายในโรงเรียน
(1) สนับสนุนผู้บริหารโรงเรียนปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปตามนโยบายของสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทย
(2) พิจารณาแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ในโรงเรียนนำเสนอคณะกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียนพิจารณา
(3)รับมอบหมายงานจากผู้บริหารโรงเรียนนำไปปฏิบัติให้เกิดผลตามที่คณะกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียนกำหนด
(4) รายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนทราบเพื่อสรุปผลปรับปรุงแก้ไข และนำไปปฏิบัติต่อไป
(5) พิจารณาร่วมกับผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ในการให้ข้อเสนอประเมินผลการพิจารณาความดีความชอบของบุคลากรประจำปี

6.รองผู้อำนวยการหรือผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการ
(1) ) ปฏิบัติงานตามอำนาจหน้าที่ที่ผู้อำนวยการมอบหมาย
