ตัวแปรที่ศึกษาในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ตัวแปรอิสระคือ คุณภาพการให้บริการประกอบด้วย การบริการลูกค้า การออกแบบหน้าเว็บไซต์ การรับประกัน การจัดการสินค้า และ การจัดการองค์ประกอบตัวแปรคั่นกลาง ได้แก่ ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการผ่านระบบพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Commerce) ประเภทเว็บไซต์ เดลี ดีล (Daily Deal Website) ตัวแปรตามได้แก่ความภักดีของผู้ใช้บริการผ่านระบบ พาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Commerce) ประเภทเว็บไซต์เดลี ดีล (Daily Deal Website) ผู้วิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยทำการวิจัยเชิงประจักษ์ ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ใช้บริการระบบพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Commerce) ประเภทเว็บไซต์เดลี ดีล (Daily Deal Website) ที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 402 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ การหาค่าเฉลี่ย การหาค่าร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
1. คุณภาพการให้บริการในมิติการให้บริการ มิติการรับประกัน และมิติการจัดการองค์ประกอบมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งาน ของผู้บริโภคในเขต กรุงเทพมหานคร ที่มีต่อระบบพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Commerce) ประเภทเว็บไซต์เดลี ดีล (Daily Deal Website)
2. คุณภาพการให้บริการในมิติการให้บริการลูกค้า และมิติการจัดการสินค้ามีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อต่อความภักดีของผู้บริโภคในเขต กรุงเทพมหานคร ที่มีต่อระบบพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Commerce) ประเภทเว็บไซต์ เดลี่ ดีล (Daily Deal Website)
