มาตรา 13ผู้รับใบอนุญาติตามมาตรา 12

มาตรา 13
ผู้รับใบอนุญาติตามมาตรา 12 ต้องแจ้งให้พนักงาน เจ้าหน้าที่ทราบไม่น้อยกว่า 15 วันก่อนเริ่มประกอบกิจการโรงงาน

มาตรา 14

มาตรา 18
การขยายโรงงาน ต้องได้รับใบอนุญาตจากผู้อนุญาตก่อน
ผู้ฝ่าฝืนต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกิน 2 ปี หรือปรับไม่เกิน 200,000 บาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ (มาตรา 52)
ถ้าเป็นโรงงานประเภทหรือชนิดที่กำหนดจำนวนหรือขนาดที่จะให้ตั้งหรือไม่ให้ตั้งในท้องที่ใด ตามประกาศที่ออกตามาตรา 32 ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกิน 4 ปี หรือปรับไม่เกิน 400,000 บาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ(มาตรา 52)
มาตรา 20
หากเห็นสมควรผู้อนุญาตสามารถยกเลิกหรือเปลี่ยนแปลง หรือเพิ่มเงื่อนไขที่ผู้รับใบอนุญาตต้องปฏิบัติ ในการประกอบกิจการโรงงานที่กำหนดในใบอนุญาติตามมาตรา 12 หรือผู้รับ ใบอนุญาต อาจยื่นคำขอ และชี้แจงเหตุผลเพื่อขอยกเลิก หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขดังกล่าวได้
มาตรา 30
