จากประสบการณ์ที่ได้จากการฝึกงานในครั้งนี้ พบว่า สิ่งที่ผู้ฝึกงานต้องปรับตัวในเรื่องต่าง ๆ ดังนี้

1) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับสุขภัณฑ์ ที่ผู้ฝึกงานจะรู้ถึงรายละเอียด และทำความเข้าใจ เพื่อให้เกิดการทำงานได้อย่างรวดเร็ว โดยการเรียนรู้เกี่ยวชนาดของสุขภัณฑ์แต่ละชนิด ที่มีขนาดที่ต่างกัน

2) ความรู้ด้านโปรแกรม ผู้ฝึกงานต้องทบทวน และเรียนรู้การใช้โปรแกรมด้าน Microsoft Excel ให้มากขึ้น เพื่อสามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อการจัดทำรายงานผลต่างๆให้กับหน่วยงาน

3) ทักษะมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ผู้ฝึกงานจำเป็นต้องเรียนรู้เพื่อให้สามารถสื่อสาร อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น และปรับตัวเข้ากับบุคลากรของหน่วยงานในแผนก/ฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ได้
