กรณีที่ลูกค้ามีความประสงค์จะยกเลิกสัมมนา กรุณาแจ้งล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 7 วัน ทำการ ก่อนวันสัมมนา และทางผู้จัดจะคืนเงินค่าสัมมนาให้ 80% จากยอดชำระทั้งหมด ทั้นี้หากลูกค้าแจ้งน้อยกว่า 7 วัน ทางผู้จัดขอสงวนสิทธิ์ทุกกรณีในการคืนค่าสัมมนา
