อ้างถึง สัญญาเช่าฉบับลงวันที่ 1 ธันวาคม 2550

ข้าพเจ้าได้รับแจ้งจากนายทากาโยชิ มิกิ ว่าเมื่อประมาณเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2550 ได้ตกลงเช่าห้องเลขที่ B7-702 ณ อาคาร Carlton 49 เลขที่ 44/4 ซอยพร้อมพรรค ถนนสุขุมวิท แขวงคลองตันเหนือ เขตวัฒนา กรุงเทพฯ ของบริษัทท่าน ในอัตราค่าเช่าเดือนละ 84,000 บาท โดยตกลงจ่ายค่าเช่าทุกวันที่ 5 ของทุกเดือน ซึ่งในวันดังกล่าวนายทากาโยชิ มิกิ ได้ชำระเงินมัดจำห้องเช่าให้แก่ท่านจำนวน 168,000 บาท ซึ่งท่านได้รับไว้เป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว ดังความที่ท่านทราบดีอยู่แล้วนั้น
โดยในเดือนเมษายน 2558 นายทากาโยชิ มิกิ ได้แจ้งความประสงค์ที่จะยกเลิกสัญญา และได้บอกกล่าวล่วงหน้าให้ท่านทราบเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 1 เดือน ตามข้อตกลงในสัญญาดังอ้างถึงแล้ว ซึ่งในวันยกเลิกสัญญาดังกล่าวท่านได้ขอหักค่าความเสียหายภายในห้องเช่าจากเงินมัดจำจำนวน 30,000 บาท ดังนั้น เงินมัดจำคงเหลืออีกจำนวน 138,000 บาท ท่านจะต้องชำระคืนให้แก่นายทากาโยชิ มิกิ ภายใน 1 เดือน นับตั้งแต่วันที่นายทากาโยชิ มิกิ ได้ชำระเงินค่าเสียหายให้แก่ท่านเสร็จสิ้นแล้วในวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2558 ซึ่งครบกำหนดในวันที่ 30 กรกฎาคม 2558 แต่ท่านยังไม่ชำระเงินมัดจำคืนให้จนกระทั่งบัดนี้
ข้าพเจ้าในฐานะทนายความผู้รับมอบอำนาจนายทากาโยชิ มิกิ จึงขอบอกกล่าวมายังท่านให้นำเงินมัดจำค่าเช่าจำนวน 138,000 บาท (หนึ่งแสนสามหมื่นแปดพันบาทถ้วน) พร้อมดอกเบี้ยในอัตราร้อยละ 15 ต่อปี ไปชำระให้กับนายทากาโยชิ มิกิ หรือข้าพเจ้าตามที่อยู่ดังปรากฏในหนังสือนี้ ให้เสร็จสิ้นภายใน 15 วัน นับแต่ได้รับหนังสือนี้ มิฉะนั้นก็จำเป็นจะต้องดำเนินการกับท่านตามกฎหมายต่อไป
