การวิจัยเรื่องแนวทางการพัฒนางานการเงินและบัญชีของคณะวิทยการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม เพื่อหาแนวทางในการแก้ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นเกี่ยวกับการทำงานด้านการเงินและบัญชี และสามารถนำองค์ความรู้ที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์มาปรับปรุงและพัฒนางานให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
ผู้วิจัยจึงได้นำปัญหาดังกล่าวมาสรุปและนำไปพัฒนาเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาอาจจะเกิดขึ้นกับหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ ซึ่งสามารถนำความรู้ด้านนี้ไปพัฒนาให้องค์กรต่อไป
