บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบรรยากาศองค์การโรงเรียนหนองหมื่นถ่านวิทยา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 27 ใน 8 ด้าน คือด้านการยอมรับนับถือ ด้านความไว้วางใจ ด้านขวัญกำลังใจสูง ด้านโอกาสในการทำงาน ด้านความเติบโตทางวิชาการและสังคมอย่างต่อเนื่อง ด้านการผนึกกำลังเหนียวแน่น ด้านการปรับปรุงโรงเรียนหนองหมื่นถ่านวิทยา และด้านการดูแลเอาใจใส่
ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา เป็นผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนหนองหมื่นถ่านวิทยา จำนวน 42 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูปเพื่อหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
ผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนหนองหมื่นถ่านวิทยา มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการจัดบรรยากาศองค์กรของโรงเรียนโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือด้านขวัญสูง รองลงมาคือด้านความเจริญเติบโตทางวิชาการและสังคมอย่างต่อเนื่อง ด้านการยอมรับนับถือ ด้านการปรับปรุงโรงเรียน ด้านการผนึกกำลังเหนียวแน่น ด้านความไว้วางใจ ด้านโอกาสในการทำงาน และด้านการดูแลเอาใจใส่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด
