ส่งเสริมกระบวนการด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์ การทำงานเป็นทีม การสร้างนวัตกรรมใหม่ ๆ เพื่อการพัฒนาประเทศ ไปสู่ไทยแลนด์ 4.0 ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ เพราะว่าต้องมีการพัฒนาในเชิงปัญญา
