นำแคนตาลูปที่ซื้อมาจากตลาดปอกเปลือก แล้วล้างทำความสะอาด หั่นให้เป็นชิ้นเล็ก ๆ แล้วนำมาใส่โถปั่น ใส่น้ำต้มสุกลงไป ปั่นให้เนื้อแคนตาลูปเนียนเป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน กรองเอาแต่น้ำแคนตาลูป แล้วจึงเติม น้ำเชื่อม กับ เกลือ แล้วคนให้เข้ากัน เสร็จแล้วรินใส่แก้วเสิร์ฟพร้อมกับน้ำแข็ง ( ถ้าชอบหวานก็ใส่น้ำเชื่อมมากหน่อย แล้วแต่คนชอบหวานมาก หรือ หวานน้อย )
