บทคัดย่อ – เอกสารนี้เป็นเอกสารแนวความคิดที่มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อการศึกษา ปัจจัยเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมและความพึงพอใจในด้านการจัดกิจกรรมของนักศึกษาคณะวิทยาการจัดการ,มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาถึงปัจจัยเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของนักศึกษา 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจในด้านการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษา ซึ่งมีระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็นงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้สูตรคำนวณของ :ทาโร ยามาเน่ จะได้จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างเท่ากับ 370 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือใช้แบบสอบถามกับนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีของคณะวิทยาการจัดการและใช้สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงพรรณา โดยการหาค่าร้อยละ, ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าตัวแปรต้นปัจจัยเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนักศึกษาได้แก่กิจกรรมด้านวิชาการ, กิจกรรมกีฬาและนันทนาการ, กิจกรรมด้านทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม ส่งผลต่อตัวแปรตามความพึงพอใจในด้านการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษาซึ่งประกอบไปด้วยการประชาสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวกับกิจกรรม, สถานที่ที่ใช้ในการดำเนินกิจกรรม, ระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการจัดกิจกรรม, รูปแบบและลำดับขั้นตอนในการดำเนินกิจกรรม, ภาพรวมทั้งหมดของการจัดกิจกรรม
