กรณีวงเงินเกินหัวหน้าแผนกจัดซื้อ/ ผู้จัดการโรงงาน หรือสินค้าที่เป็นทรัพย์สิน ผู้จัดการทั่วไปหรือผู้มีอำนาจแทนเซ็นอนุมัติลงในใบ PR เพื่อออกใบ PO ได้ หากไม่อนุมัติ หรือ เห็นว่าจะมีการสั่งซื้อล่าช้าให้ระบุเหตุผลในใบ PR และ ให้พนักงานจัดซื้อประจำสำนักงานใหญ่ แจ้งกลับเจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานจัดซื้อเพื่อแจ้งต่อผู้ขอซื้อต่อไป
