#ผลการศึกษาพบว่าปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในการกระบวนการจัดการคลังสินค้าของบริษัท เอเจ ออโต โมทีพ ประเทศไทย จำกัด เกิดจากปัญหาด้านการรับสินค้า การจัดเก็บสินค้า และความผิดพลาดของพนักงานคลังสินค้า (HUMAN ERROR) จากปัญหาดังกล่าว จึงได้มีการนำแนวคิดการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ (Human Resource Development) มาใช้ในกระบวนการจัดการคลังสินค้า ด้วยวิธีการฝึกอบรมแบบการเรียนการสอนในการปฏิบัติงานจริง เรื่องของแผนการทำงาน ขั้นตอนการทำงาน และให้ความรู้ในเรื่องของตัวสินค้า การสอนการอ่านรายละเอียดบนป้ายฉลากสินค้าและจัดตารางเวลาการทำงาน ซึ่งหลังจากที่มีการนำแนวคิดการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ส่งผลทำให้ปัญหาที่เกิดจากความผิดพลาดในการทำงานลดลง การจัดส่งสินค้าผิดลดลง และยังเป็นการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดการในคลังสินค้าอีกด้วย
