บทคัดยอ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีเพื่อศึกษา ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในอำเภอพาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการศึกษาดังนี้คือ 1.ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในอำเภอพาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 2.ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในอำเภอพาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
1.ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในอำเภอพาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 พบว่า โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก
2.ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในอำเภอพาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 พบว่า จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การบริหารงานไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน
3.ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในอำเภอพาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 พบว่า จำแนกตามตำแหน่งวิทยฐานะไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน
4.ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในอำเภอพาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 พบว่า จำแนกตามประเภทโรงเรียนไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน
