บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการเพาะเห็ดฟางในตะกร้าแบบวางเดี่ยวและวางซ้อนกันที่มีผลต่อผลผลิตน้ำหนักสด น้ำหนักแห้ง และคุณภาพของเห็ดฟาง การทดลองครั้งนี้ใช้การทดลองแบบ ตัวอย่างไม่เป็นอิสระจากกัน (t-test for dependent samples ) มี 2 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ ปัจจัยที่ 1 คือ การวางตะกร้าแบบ วางเดี่ยว ปัจจัยที่ 2 คือ การวางตะกร้าแบบวางซ้อนกัน ทำ 3 ซ้ำๆละ 7 ตะกร้า ใช้ฟางเป็นวัสดุเพาะตะกร้าละ 3 กิโลกรัม (น้ำหนักเปียก) และใช้อาหารเสริมในแต่ละตะกร้าดังนี้ ผักตบชวาหั่นสด 2 กิโลกรัม 2.5 กิโลกรัม 3 กิโลกรัม มูลวัวแห้ง 2 กิโลกรัม 2.5 กิโลกรัม 3 กิโลกรัม และไม่ใส่อาหารเสริม ตามลำดับ ผลการทดลองพบว่า การเพาะเห็ดฟางใน ตะกร้าแบบวางเดี่ยวมีน้ำหนักสด น้ำหนักแห้งและจำนวนดอก (เฉลี่ย 824.85 , 68.92 กรัม และ109 ดอกต่อซ้ำเพาะ) ให้ผลผลิดที่สูงกว่าการเพาะแบบวางตะกร้าซ้อนกัน (เฉลี่ย 390.04 ,48.35 กรัม และ67 ดอกต่อซ้ำเพาะ) และ/แต่ ไม่/มี ความแตกต่างกันทางสถิติที่ระดับ นัยสำคัญ 0.05 ดังนั้น การเพาะเห็ดฟางในตะกร้าแบบวางเดียวจึงมีความเหมาะสมที่จะได้เห็ดฟางที่มีทั้งผลผลิตและคุณภาพตรงตามที่ต้องการมากที่สุด
