การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการยอมรับระบบบัญชี e-LAAS ของพนักงานและลูกจ้างองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดลำปาง โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ พนักงานและลูกจ้างองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดลำปาง จำนวน 175 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .98 และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ และวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา โดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบไคสแควร์
