ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) ปัจจัยด้านความพร้อมภายในองค์กร มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานด้านพัสดุของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา 2) ปัจจัยด้านนโยบายการบริหารงาน มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานด้านพัสดุของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา 3) ปัจจัยด้านการบริหารงานพัสดุ มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานด้านพัสดุของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา 4) ประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานด้านพัสดุของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา โดยภาพรวมในแต่ละด้านอยู่ในระดับสูงมาก
