CHAPTER VII - SPECIFIC WORKING CONDITIONS FOR AGRICULTURAL WORKS

Article 191

Besides the general provisions set out in this law, the following provisions apply to agricultural workers.

Article 192

An agricultural worker is a worker employed on:

- plantations;

- farms (the growing of crops and the raising of animals);

- forestry exploitation;

- fisheries.
