1.ทรัพยากรบุคคล หรือทรัพยากรมนุษย์ หมายถึง บุคคลที่ปฏิบัติงานในองค์กรทุกคน
2.ทรัพยากรด้านเทคโนโลยี / เครื่องจักร / อุปกรณ์สำนักงาน หรือสิ่งอำนวยความ สะดวก หรือสิ่งที่สนับสนุนให้การทำงานเกิดประสิทธิภาพ
