การวิจัยครังนีมีเป้ าหมายเพือลดจํานวนนักเรียนทีใช้ Internet ในทางทีไม่เหมาะสม ในวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์
โดยใช้วิธีการเสริมแรงด้านคะแนน และพูดชักจูง โน้มน้าวจิตใจ มาเป็ นนวัตกรรมในการแกปัญหา ได้นําไปวิจัย ้
ในช่วงเดือนพฤศจิกายน ถึง ธันวาคม รวมเวลา 4 สัปดาห์
ผู้วิจัยได้นําวิธีการเสริมแรงด้านคะแนนและพูดชักจูง โน้มน้าวจิตใจ ไปดําเนินการเป็ น 2 ระยะโดยทัง
2 ระยะใช้นวัตกรรมร่วมกบการเรียนการสอนตามปกติในชั ั นเรียนโดยผลใน ระยะแรกคือ นักเรียนทีใช้ Internet
ไม่เหมาะสมเลย เหลือจํานวน 8 คน และนักเรียนทีใช้ Internet ไม่เหมาะสมบางครังเหลือ 6 คน ระยะทีสอง จาก
นักเรียนทีใช้ Internet ไม่เหมาะสมเลย ในระยะแรก ได้ใช้ Internet เหมาะสมเพิมมากขึน จนไม่เหลือเลยสักคน
เหลือเพียง นักเรียนทีใช้ Internet ไม่เหมาะสมบางครัง จํานวน 2 คน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการใช้วิธีการเสริมแรงด้านคะแนน และพูดชักจูง โน้มน้าวจิตใจ สามารถลดปัญหา
นักเรียนใช้ Internet ในทางทีไม่เหมาะสมในวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ ชันมัธยมศึกษาปี ที 3 จาก 18 คน ลดลงเหลือ
2 คน เป็ นไปตามเป้ าหมายทีต้องการ

การวิจัยครังนีมีเป้ าหมายเพือลดจํานวนนักเรียนทีมีพฤติกรรมการใช้ Internet ในทางทีไม่เหมาะสม
ระดับชันมัธยมศึกษาปี ที 3 โรงเรียนเทศบาลบ้านเขานิเวศน์ จ.ระนอง โดยใช้วิธีการเสริมแรงด้านคะแนนและ
และพูดชักจูง โน้มน้าวจิตใจ ได้นําไปวิจัยในช่วงเดือนพฤศจิกายน ถึง ธันวาคม รวมเวลา 4 สัปดาห์
การดําเนินการวิจัยประกอบด้วยขันตอน 11 ขันตอน คือ
(1) เสนอประเด็นทีต้องการปรับปรุง
(2) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันกาหนดตัวชี ํ วัดและตังเป้ าหมาย
(3) วิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุของปัญหา
(4) ค้นหาวิธีการแกไข ้
(5) ทดลองปฏิบัติตามวิธีการทีเลือกใช้
(6) ตรวจสอบผลการปฏิบัติและการปรับปรุงผลการปฏิบัติต่อเนือง
(7) การอภิปรายผลจากการทดลองปฏิบัติ

ผู้วิจัยตรวจสอบปัญหาทีสําคัญในชันเรียนจากการสังเกตพฤติกรรรม และตรวจสอบจากสมุดประเมินผล
รายวิชา จากการสํารวจนักเรียนชันมัธยมศึกษาปี ที3 จํานวน 18 คน ได้พบปัญหาสําคัญ 4 ประการ คํานวณหาค่า
ร้อยละ และร้อยละสะสม เรียงประเด็นตามลําดับจากมากไปน้อย และนําผลไปเขียนผังพาเรโต ดังภาพ
