8.พระราชบัญญัติรักษาคลอง รศ. 121เกี่ยวข้องกับการกำกับดูแลและจัดการกับพื้นที่บริเวณเกาะรัตนโกสินทร์ให้อยู่ในสภาพดีและเหมาะสม ปัจจุบันบริเวณเกาะรัตนโกสินทร์ถือเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่สำคัญในกรุงเทพมหานคร ดังนั้นการดำเนินการใดๆในพื้นที่แห่งนี้ต้องถือปฏิบัติตามพระราชบัญญัติเกาะรัตนโกสินทร์
9. พระราชบัญญัติโบราณสถาน โบราณวัตถุ ศิลปวัตถุและพิพิธภัณฑ์สถานแห่งชาติ พ.ศ.2535
เป็นกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขึ้นทะเบียน การกำกับดูแลโบราณสถาน โบราณวัตถุ ศิลปวัตถุ และป้องกันการค้าโบราณวัตถุหรือศิลปวัตถุที่ผิดกฎหมาย การจัดตั้งอุทยานประวัติศาสตร์

การควบคุมมลพิษ เช่น มลพิษทางอากาศ เสียง ทางน้ำ ของเสียอันตรายฯลฯ
การส่งเสริมรักษาและกำหนดมาตรฐานคุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อม เช่น มาตรฐานคุณภาพน้ำในแม่น้ำ คลอง ชายฝั่งทะเล มาตรฐานคุณภาพอากาศ มาตรฐานระดับเสียงและความสั่นสะเทือน ฯลฯ

12. พระราชบัญญัติสุสานและฌาปนสถาน พ.ศ. 2528
กำหนดให้มีการเผาศพ หรือฝังศพในสุสานและฌาปนสถานสาธารณะหรือเอกชนที่ได้มีผู้ดำเนินการอนุญาตจัดตั้งเท่านั้น จะไปเผาศพหรือฝังศพที่อื่นไม่ได้ เช่น ในที่ป่าไม้ ที่ภูเขา ที่น้ำตก ถ้ำ ฯลฯ ที่มีลักษณะเป็นทรัพยากรการท่องเที่ยว เพราะจะทำให้ภูมิทัศน์ของพื้นที่เหล่านั้นเสียไป รวมไปถึงการก่อให้เกิดปัญหาเกี่ยวกับด้านสาธารณสุข คือ อาจเป็นอันตรายในทางอนามัยแก่ประชาชนทั่วไปได้
