ที่เคยทำงานมา ทดสอบโปรแกรมตาม Test Case ที่ได้เขียนไว้ เมื่อเจอข้อผิดพลาดก็นำไปเขียนใน Microsort Excel ซึ่งเป็นตัวคุมข้อผิดพลาดนั้น แล้วส่งให้ทาง SA เป็นผู้พิจารณาข้อผิดพลาดนั้น
