The purpose of this paper is to study the cost of each route of goods transportation and put forward effective ways to reduce the transportation cost. Taking the super ice factory in Gansu Province as an example, using the tools adopted in this study, the path planning solution theory and VRP Spreadsheet solver are introduced. The results show that the improved optimal route can shorten the distance of the original route to 61 kilometers and 37 kilometers. 85 kilometers can be reduced to 23 kilometers. 15 kilometers, accounting for 37%. 98 and the time reduced from the original route to 80 minutes, from 129 minutes to 49 minutes, which is considered to be 38%. The original total cost can be reduced by 2,783,610 towers per year to 2,207,610 towers per year. It is found that the variable cost can be reduced by 560,000 towers per year, which is estimated to be 21%, saving time, reducing transportation costs and improving enterprise efficiency.
