1. มะม่วงสุก 2 กิโลกรัม
2. เกลือป่น 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ

วิธีทำ มะม่วงกวน
1. ล้างมะม่วงให้สะอาด ปอกเปลือก หั่นเป็นชิ้นเล็ก ๆ ปั่นให้ละเอียด ระวังอย่าให้มีเส้นใยติด
2. ใส่มะม่วงลงในกระทะทอง กวนด้วยไฟแรงปานกลาง ใส่เกลือ กวนจนเหนียวติดพาย ยกพายขึ้นจนมะม่วงหยดช้า ๆ (ถ้ามะม่วงรสเปรี้ยวจัดควรเติมน้ำตาล)
