การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของระดับความเข้มข้นของน้ำหมักชีวภาพจากยอดพืชต่อการเจริญเติบโตของมันสำปะหลังพันธุ์ระยอง 72 ปลูกในแปลงปลูกพืช มหาวิทยาลัย ราชภัฏอุดรธานี ระยะทำการวิจัย มกราคม 2559 – พฤษภาคม 2559 ดำเนินการโดยใช้น้ำหมักชีวภาพจากยอดพืช ประกอบด้วยพืช 7 ชนิด ยอดกระถิน ยอดผักบุ้ง ยอดสะเดา ดอกเหล็กและยอด ยอดสาบเสือ ยอดมะยม ยอดแคและดอก ได้หาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเข้มข้นของน้ำหมักชีวภาพยอดพืชที่มีผลต่อ รากน้ำหมักสดน้ำหนักแห้ง ความสูงจากตา จำนวนใบ และจำนวนราก พบว่า ผลที่ได้มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกอย่างมีระยะสำคัญผลการศึกษานี้แสดงให้เห็นว่าน้ำหมักชีวภาพยอดพืชมีความเข้มข้นในระดับหนึ่ง ทำให้จำนวนราก น้ำหมักสด น้ำหนักแห้ง ความสูงจากตา และจำนวนใบ ของมันสำปะหลังเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95%
