The service given by HTL Logistics is very disappointing. They have taken 2-3 days in issuing Invoice. When today we have remitted payment to them for collecting DO/NOC, their system is down.

So, please ask them to issue NOC to our CHA immediately, which is waiting in their office now. Today we have to take final Delivery Order from shipping line office.
