ควรมีการจัดงานเทศกาลไหม ประเพณีผูกเสี่ยว และงานกาชาดจังหวัดขอนแก่นอยู่เรื่อยๆในปีต่อๆไป เพราะเป็นการช่วยอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรมไทยได้อีกวิธีหนึ่ง อีกทั้งยังเป็นการสร้างรายได้ให้คนกลุ่มหนึ่งได้อีกด้วย
