ประวัติและจัดเก็บสารพันธุกรรม (DNA) บุคคล พร้อมทั้งจัดทำซองจดหมายใส่บันทึกข้อความฉบับจริง และรอการลงนามเพื่ออนุมัติจากผู้อำนวยการสถาบันนิติวิทยาศาสตร์
2.5 จัดทำรายชื่อเจ้าหน้าที่สถาบันนิติวิทยาศาสตร์ที่จะเข้าปฏิบัติงานจัดเก็บสารพันธุกรรมบุคคลใน
เรือนจำ/ทัณฑสถาน
2.6 ดำเนินการติดต่อประสานงานกับเรือนจำ/ทัณฑสถานอีกครั้ง เพื่อแจ้งวันและเวลาที่แน่นอนใน
การเข้าดำเนินการจัดเก็บสารพันธุกรรมบุคคล และจัดส่งบันทึกข้อความพร้อมเอกสารรายละเอียดการจัดเก็บให้กับเรือนจำ/ทัณฑสถาน ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วยเอกสารจำนวน 6 รายการ ได้แก่
