4.3 ผู้เช่าสัญญาว่าจะไม่เก็บรักษาหรือนำเข้ามาในสถานที่เช่าซึ่งวัตถุที่อาจเกิดการเผาไหม้ได้ในตัวเอง วัตถุระเบิด วัตถุไวไฟ หรือของอื่นที่มีสภาพเป็นอันตราย
