การวิจัยดำเนินการโดยใช้รูปแบบการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตภูเก็ต ชั้นปีที่ 1-4 จากทั้ง 4 คณะ ได้แก่ คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ คณะเทคโนโลยีและสิ่งแวดล้อม คณะการบริหารและการท่องเที่ยว และคณะวิเทศศึกษา จำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติโดยใช้โปรแกรม SPSS หาค่าร้อยละ และความถี่ เพื่อสรุปผล
