ผู้จะซื้อมีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญากับผู้จะขายในกรณีที่ผู้จะขายไม่สามารถส่งมอบสินค้าได้ตามที่ตกลงไว้ในสัญญาจะซื้อจะขายฉบับนี้ โดยทำเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรแจ้งให้แก่ผู้จะขายทราบล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่าสามสิบ (30) วัน ผู้จะขายยินยอมคืนเงินมัดจำให้ผู้จะซื้อโดยไม่มีข้อโต้แย้งใดๆทั้งสิ้น
