ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยของความเป็นผู้นำที่ดีของผู้ใหญ่บ้าน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านความยุติธรรม มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงมา คือการสั่งงาน และความเด็ดเดี่ยวเด็ดขาดมั่นคง ตามลำดับ ส่วนรักษาระเบียบการปฏิบัติตามข้อบังคับ มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด

ความเป็นผู้นำของผู้ใหญ่บ้าน โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านสร้างความเข็มแข็งของชุมชน มีค่าเฉลี่สูงที่สุด รองลงมา คือด้านความสงบเรียบร้อยภายในหมู่บ้าน และด้านการแพร่ระบาดของยาเสพติด ตามลำดับ ส่วนด้านอาชญากรรมมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด




การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1.ศึกษาความเป็นผู้นำของผู้ใหญ่บ้านและ 2.ศึกษาความคาดหวังของประชาชนต่อความเป็นผู้นำของผู้ใหญ่บ้าน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ประชาชนผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งผู้ใหญ่บ้าน ซึ่งมีอายุตั้งแต่ 18 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป จำนวน 450 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นเเบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสถิติ ค่าสถิติเอฟ และสถิติการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
