3. กรณีที่ข้าพเจ้าไม่มาวางมัดจำภายใน 180 วัน ตามกำหนดในข้อ 2 ให้ถือว่าข้าพเจ้าเป็นผู้ผิดนัดผิดสัญญา ข้าพเจ้ายินยอมให้บริษัทริบเงินที่วางจองซื้อตามจำนวนข้างต้นได้ทันที โดยบริษัทไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ ข้าพเจ้าทราบก่อน ทั้งนี้ข้าพเจ้าไม่ขอโต้แย้งใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น และข้าพเจ้ายินดีให้บริษัทพิจารณาจำหน่ายแก่ผู้อื่นได้ทันที หรือหากผู้จะขายเห็นสมควร ก็อาจมีการขยายต่อสัญญาออกไปอีกตามสมควรไม่น้อยกว่า 90 วัน
