ประการที่สอง การเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมของประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน คือการรับรู้ถึงมารยาทการเป็นอยู่ของประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน เพื่อที่เราจะสามารถปฏิบัติตนได้ถูกต้องและเป็นการให้เกียรติแก่เพื่อนบ้านอีกด้วย
