บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อสร้างเว็บไซต์ระบบบริหารจัดการร้านขายเฟอร์นิเจอร์ออนไลน์ 2) เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพเว็บไซต์ระบบบริหารจัดการร้านขายเฟอร์นิเจอร์ออนไลน์ และ 3) เพื่อสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานที่มีต่อเว็บไซต์ระบบบริหารจัดการร้านขายเฟอร์นิเจอร์ออนไลน์ ประชากร คือ บุคคลทั่วไปที่เข้าเยี่ยมชมระบบบริหารร้านขายเฟอร์นิเจอร์ออนไลน์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ บุคคลทั่วไปที่เข้าเยี่ยมชมระบบบริหารร้านขายเฟอร์นิเจอร์ออนไลน์ จำนวน 30 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา 1) ระบบบริหารจัดการร้านขายเฟอร์นิเจอร์ออนไลน์ 2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพระบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3) แบบวัดความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต เอ็กซ์บาร์ และ ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน S.D.
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
1. ผลการประเมินคุณภาพของระบบจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่านแบ่งออกเป็น 5 ด้านได้ผลการประเมินโดยรวมเท่ากับ 4.02 อยู่ในระดับมีประสิทธิภาพมาก และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เท่ากับ 0.18 อยู่ในระดับมีประสิทธิภาพมาก
2. ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจการใช้งานระบบของผู้ใช้ระบบ 30 คน พบว่ามีค่าเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 4.75 อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.07 อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
สรุปได้ว่าระบบบริหารจัดการร้านขายเฟอร์นิเจอร์ออนไลน์ สามารถนำไปใช้งานได้จริงตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน
