การจัดทำโครงงานในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1.เพื่อต้องการให้คนไทยรู้จักเปาะเปี๊ยะสดมากขึ้น 2.เพื่อต้องการศึกษาการทำเปาะเปี๊ยะสด 3.เพื่อศึกษาคำศัพท์เกี่ยวกับเปาะเปี๊ยะสด และเพื่อประกอบการเรียนการสอน
ผลการศึกษาและจัดทำโครงงานพบว่าเปาะเปี๊ยะเป็นอาหารเวียดนามที่มีรสชาติอร่อยมาก และมีชื่อเสียงที่โด่งดังมากในเวียดนามเพราะเป็นอาหารประจำชาติของเวียดนาม และเปาะเปี๊ยะเป็นอาหารที่ทานง่ายและยังเป็นของว่างได้อีกด้วย
