การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจ ปัญหา และข้อเสนอแนะของผู้บริหาร ครู คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาและผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนแม่อายวิทยาคม สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด อำเภอแม่อาย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครู คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา และผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนแม่อายวิทยาคม ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 274 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการ หาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนแม่อายวิทยาคม สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด อำเภอแม่อาย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( =3.58) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ มีความ พึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ( =3.60) รองลงมาคือ ด้านการบริหารงบประมาณ มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ( =3.59) ลำดับต่อมาคือ ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ( =3.57) และอันดับสุดท้าย คือ ด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไป มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ( =3.56)
ปัญหาการดำเนินงานการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนแม่อายวิทยาคม ด้านการบริหารวิชาการ พบปัญหาที่มีค่าความถี่สูงสุด คือ แหล่งเรียนรู้ภายในสถานศึกษามีไม่หลากหลายและไม่ได้รับการปรับปรุงพัฒนา ด้านการบริหารงบประมาณ พบปัญหาที่มีค่าความถี่สูงสุด คือ การใช้จ่ายงบประมาณในบางโครงการไม่คุ้มค่า ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล พบปัญหาที่มีค่าความถี่สูงสุด คือ ครูขาดทักษะในด้านการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ ด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไป พบปัญหาที่มีค่าความถี่สูงสุด คือ โรงอาหารมีความคับแคบไม่เพียงพอต่อจำนวนนักเรียน

ข้อเสนอแนะการดำเนินงาน ด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ พบข้อเสนอแนะที่มีค่าความถี่สูงสุด คือ ควรจัดหางบประมาณในการสร้างแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่จำเป็นและพัฒนาปรับปรุงแหล่งเรียนรู้ ที่มีอยู่ ด้านการบริหารงบประมาณ พบข้อเสนอแนะที่มีค่าความถี่สูงสุด คือ ควรจะมีการวางแผน การใช้งบประมาณและมีระบบการตรวจสอบการใช้ที่ชัดเจน ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล พบข้อเสนอแนะที่มีค่าความถี่สูงสุด คือ ควรส่งเสริมและจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาทักษะด้านการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษให้กับครู ด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไป พบข้อเสนอแนะที่มีค่าความถี่สูงสุด คือ ควรจัดหางบประมาณในการขยายหรือสร้างโรงอาหารใหม่ให้เพียงพอต่อจำนวนนักเรียน
