12.10 การเกษียณอายุ
พนักงานจะเกษียณอายุตามกรณีใดกรณีหนึ่งต่อไปนี้
12.10.1 เมื่อพนักงานมีอายุครบ 60 ปีบริบูรณ์
12.10.2 เมื่อพนักงานมีอายุครบ 55 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป โดยมีเงื่อนไขว่า พนักงานผู้นั้นจะต้องมีอายุการทำงานอยู่กับบริษัทฯ มาแล้วไม่น้อยกว่า 10 ปี โดยพนักงานผู้นั้นจะต้องแสดงเจตนาขอเกษียณอายุเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรต่อบริษัทฯ และบริษัทฯ ได้พิจารณาอนุมัติเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรแล้ว
12.11 การขอเกษียณอายุก่อนกำหนด
พนักงานอาจขอเกษียณอายุก่อนกำหนดโดยมีสิทธิได้รับผลประโยชน์เช่นเดียวกับกรณีเกษียณอายุ แต่ไม่มีสิทธิได้รับค่าชดเชยตามที่กฏหมายคุ้มครองแรงงานกำหนดไว้
