5. H (Human Relationship) มนุษยสัมพันธ์ หมายถึง ครูอาจารย์ต้องทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี ทั้งในด้านส่วนตัว และส่วนรวม ซึ่งมนุษยสัมพันธ์ของครูประกอบด้วย มนุษยสัมพันธ์ระหว่างครูกับนักเรียน , มนุษยสัมพันธ์ระหว่างครูกับครู และ มนุษยสัมพันธ์ระหว่างครูกับผู้ปกครอง/ชุมชน

6. E (Evaluation) การประเมินผล หมายถึง การประเมินผลการเรียนของนักเรียนและการสอนของครู ซึ่งการประเมินผลสามารถทำได้หลากหลายวิธีขึ้นอยู่กับวัตถุประสงค์และเนื้อหา เพื่อนำไปพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนการสอนให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
