โครงการระดับปริญญาตรีการพัฒนาระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจสำหรับการวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมและศักยภาพเป็นเครื่องมือในการประเมินสถานการณ์สำหรับองค์กร ซึ่งช่วยให้ผู้บริหารสามารถกำหนดจุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน จากสภาพแวดล้อมภายใน กำหนดโอกาส และ อุปสรรคจากสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกตลอดจนผลกระทบที่มีศักยภาพจากปัจจัยเหล่านี้ต่อการทำงานขององค์กร มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ (1).เพื่อพัฒนาระบบวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมและสภาพแวดล้อมเพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร(2) เพื่อการนำเอาโปรแกรมระบบวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมและศักยภาพไปปรับใช้ในองค์กร (3).เพื่อประเมินและทดสอบระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจสำหรับการวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมและศักยภาพ โดยการพัฒนาขึ้นบนระบบเครือข่าย Client server ใช้เครื่องมือในการพัฒนา คือ ภาษา PHP, ภาษา HTML, MySQL สำหรับจัดการฐานข้อมูลโปรแกรม AppServ 2.5.10 ใช้สำหรับจำลองเว็บเซิฟเวอร์ และโปรแกรม GoogleChart ใช้สร้างกราฟ
สรุปการประเมินระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจสำหรับการวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมและศักยภาพ นี้ ได้ประเมินความเหมาะสมกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 3 ท่าน โดยรูปแบบการประเมินความเหมาะสม ประกอบด้วย 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ (1) ด้านข้อมูล (2) ด้านการใช้งาน (3) ด้านการออกแบบ (4) ด้านการติดต่อกับผู้ใช้ พบว่า ระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจสำหรับการวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมและศักยภาพโดยรวม (ค่า IOC = 0.72) มีความเหมาะสมต่อการนำไปใช้งาน กล่าวคือ ระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจสำหรับการวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมและศักยภาพ มีข้อมูลนำเสนอครบถ้วน ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน ระบบมีความสะดวกในการค้นหาข้อมูล รูปแบบของเว็บไซต์ง่ายต่อการใช้งาน อีกทั้งระบบมีความเหมาะสมกับการเข้าถึงข้อมูล และสามารถตอบสนองวัตถุประสงค์ในการพัฒนาครั้งนี้ได้ตามความต้องการ……..
